Kingpin Rejects Undeserved Leniency, Faces 35 Years

While New Jerseyans have been distracted by petty problems like property taxes, the projected $8,000,000,000 state budget deficit, politicol corruption, multiple foreign wars, and job losses; something truly horrible has been growing right under their noses.

The New Jersey State Attorney General's generous offer of a nine year prison sentence for marijuana kingpin John Ray Wilson was rejected, ironically, on Devil's Night.

Wilson, 37, was arrested in August 2008 for first-degree maintaining and operating a drug production facility, second-degree manufacturing, and third-degree possession when the New Jersey State Police Marijuana Eradication Squad found 17 marijuana plants in a raid on Wilson's Franklin Township home.
